An RPSS is produced for those eligible for the “McCloud” age discrimination remedy. If you are not eligible for this you cannot request an RPSS. An RPSS will be produced for those who exceeded the general annual allowance during the remedy, requested an on demand statement during the remedy, or exceeded the general annual allowance in 22/23. NHSBSA will only be able to email you this once they have completed your RPSS calculations.
